30 Days Before 1

I've gotten a lot of work done in the last thirty days, studying all i can to prepare for the journey ahead: to cultivate Mushrooms, specifically to start with (Maitake, Shittake, Pink Oyster and King Oyster) in the high deserts of Arizona.  This blog shall be a day to day recap of a start to finish project, from building the sterile facilities, to growing the fungi, to selling at the market.  I hope that any interested Fungi Folk will contact me with any questions, ideas or information as the proccess unfolds over the next months. If your interested in visiting the facilities after they are up and running or want to talk Fungi with a Funguy then email me at elomen@gmail.com
